The property was right for a modern farmhouse. A four acre field with a woods, fields, creek and a pond and farm in site. SDC worked with the owners on their vision of an open concept floor plan along with key amenities such as 1st floor hot water radiant heating under the hard wood, a walk-out covered patio and large windows to take in the views and sun. Re-use of old beams for shelving and wrapping of structural beams added the old charm to the modern architecture.
