Stephan Design & Construction company was presented with a time sensitive project, complete an entire gut and remodel in 6 weeks! SDC was responsible for all phases of design and work, the historical property was upgraded in all areas of construction (plumbing, electrical, mechanical). The extensive re-model from an old local tavern to a French/American restaurant included new floors, commercial kitchen, bar and unique interior decor.
